False Information

I have been trying to cancel a wifi data plan for the last three days. I was originally given false information about the data plan, which is unacceptable. Now I'm trying to cancel it and having being sent from pillar to post. I visited a store not even they could assist. Service is seriously poor. I would never recommend any person to take out my contacts with MTN South Africa.
