False information and *********

Watch out for Mtn a bunch of ***** and disrespectfull people.I did a new line application for a Samsung S21 Ultra on Tuesday morning this week and had no feedback so I called them on Wednesday to find out the status of my application.This is where it gets interesting I spoke to an agent and she gave me assurity that my application was approved and that I should wait for my agent to contact me.

So yesterday morning I called twice on different occasions and spoke to 2 different agents and both of them also gave my assurity that my application was approved.

Yesterday afternoon my agent Sipho contatcted me finally only to tell me that the application was not approved.How does MTN run a business on such useless information and lack of feedback.

I don't know ehat to do now as I already ordered my accessories on takealot for my phone.
