False information.

My phone had water damage and I handed it in last week Saturday28 Feb. I drove to Cresta MTN and was told insurance for the phone would cost R700... Then I was reminded of ADH and was told to take it to The repair centre on Sunday in 14th Ave.. Does this even open on sunday? I drove to hand the phone in on monday at the Midrand Center where I was told to return the next day which would have been Tuesday. I returned on Wednesday and was told that there had been no movements with the phone yet. They told me they were waiting for parts to the mother board and lens which were damaged. I asked them when they would receive but they gave me no answer, just a quote of which I was willing to pay at the time ( have not been asked to pay yet). I have been calling MTNs call centre and not once have I been able to get a consultant on the line. We waist so much money on hold waiting for a service. I also just found out that the insurance provider, 24hourmobility is no longer with MTN and that is my insurance provider. up until yesterday I was told that they could not pick me up on any insurance. The main issue here is feedback. all I want to know is when is the phone getting fixed!
