False information

In December 2022 Mondo phoned me and offered a laptop to me, and told them no thank you. They said they will consolidate my existing MTN contract with my current contract and MTN and instead of currently paying R800 for my phone, I will pay R400 for the current phone AND the new laptop. It sounded to good to be true and I was even transferred to a team leader which confirmed all of this information. In January 2023 I got my MTN bill and they have charged me an additional R400 and my new premium was not R400 as promised. I phoned Mondo told them I do not want the laptop they must collect. They adviced that my case is valid ref no: RC********** and they will collect the laptop. After many phone calls to Mondo, they still did not collect the laptop and MTN is still charging me this additional R400 for the laptop. MONDO/MTN please advice!!!!!
