False info on upgrades

My wife and I was due for an early upgrade middle March 2022, so the phone calls and emails flooded in with offers to do our upgrades. We decided to upgrade online but kept receiving errors. Eventually on the 1st of April 2022 a MTN agent contact me and we did the upgrades for me and my wife with the promotional package that we selected with free Samsung buds live included. The MTN agent confirmed on email our upgrades and explained on the phone how we should go about claiming the Samsung buds live through Samsung members. Long story short, the promotion ended 31st of March although MTN's website still show the promotion is ongoing if you upgrade now. I phoned Samsung directly for conformation on this and it did end 31st of March. So MTN upgraded our contract with false information! This will be my last upgrade from MTN and won't do business with them after this. BTW my wife hasn't received her phone yet! Regards Extremely unsatisfied customer
