False device blacklisting
<p>MTN has blacklisted my device, which I don't own a cent. After upgrading my contract, the device was officially declared mine. If they won't be able to unblock my device, they sure have to replace it. This is unprofessional and selfish. My iPad Air has been blocked, suprisingly don't know why. </p>

Please assist us with the IMEI number and the ITC reference number, for assistance. We do not pick up that the device for the Apple I pad Air has been blacklisted.

09 May 2017, 13:00Please be advised that the contract for the Apple I pad Air expired 19-4-2016 our system reflect that you have done an early 3 month upgrade to the Huawei device and this contract only expires 2018-01-23.
The account is handed over to the legal department due to account balance in arrears with R2641.21, the last invoice generated to the account was for Feb 2017, no invoices generated after the account handed to legal.
Subscription fee outstanding as well for March, April + May 2017=R369.00 X3 THAT need to be paid with the BALANCE of R2641.21.

Meaning something is wrong with it. If my iPad no longer catches network, it means it has been blacklisted. Then you will have to do something for my device to work again.
