False contract info from online upgrade

Online cellphone upgrades poorly managed. I've been contacted by a company called cci accredited by mtn to do a online upgrade. But the info given was false. So I canceled the contract twice before the device was even delivered. And so the contract is still not canceled. According to cci they waiting for the couriers to return the unopened device which is now 2 weeks ago. So they can deliver a device in 3 days but it takes 2 weeks to return. Unacceptable. And now I need to wait for this to cancel before I can actually upgrade.
