False Contract Deal by MTN SME Agent

Late February this year, I received a call from MTN agent marketing cellphone, data, and voice packages after my business contract for SIM only had run its course. The deal looked attractive...some delux package giving 250minutes = additional 250 value added minutes and 6Gig data for a 3 years contract at R545 monthly. I took the upgrade which included an Honor cell phone.

After 2 months into the contract, I contacted MTN SME after being convinced that there is a problem...I am only getting 250min and 6Gig data. The problem was with the minutes, 250 instead of advertised 250+250. After a week of no feedback from them, I made numerous calls and yesterday (14/04/25) I was told the agent ****, and I had to decide if I wanted to continue with the false deal or cancel it...and the audacity to be told I have a choice to continue...is shocking.

So MTN never called me to acknowledge misrepresentation and are now saying I need to decide with no compensation or anything for lies and suffering due to promised minutes which never materialised.

I am seeking for advice of the best option I have to report this ************ behavior since I believe there must be repercussions for misinformation, and not just cancel the false deal.
