false contract

I am very upset, i received 2 debit ordered from MTN and MTN Mondo, when i call they say someone took a phone with them using my details, how do this companies compromise our personal details like that i dont know, now it has ruined my life because i bought a house and it stand a chance to be rejected, please cancel the contract, i will sue you people for ruining my life and loosing my bond application with the Bank.
