false billing
I took out a cellphone contract in December it was a top up of R499 Samsung Galaxy S5. ...but to my surprise they started deducting more than what me n them agreed on...In January it was more than R900. ..was suprised but thought maybe it's normal....but the following months the did the same until last month April I phoned them and even went to the branch where I took the contract at Riverside mall in Nelspruit...and they said they will look at the matter and promised to fix it....but this month again they deducted more than R800 instead of the R499... we agreed on....Please help me ....
