False adverti*****t on GB charges

I complained about my contract charge last month and was confident all was resolved. I found an invoice that i owe 168.17 after over R200 is being owed to me for wrong debits. Im not happy and really wish i could just càncel this contract. Im starting to regret ever porting back from Telkom. My account number is A***.
