False adverti*****t and pathetic service from MTN

I app**** for the Home Router Promotion in January of R349 for 12months - After 3 days the contract subscription (as per MTN) increased to R385!!!

Every consultant I speak to gives me a different explanation as to the increase I am paying - the one said it was a subscription increase Nokuthula Mlaba. Another, Noluyolo Bodoza stated that its the VAT of R50.22 which I am being charged (hilarious as R349 + R50.22 does not add up to the R385)

False adverti*****t and pathetic service from MTN - They are in breach of contract and are refusing to either correct and refund me what they have ****** from me or cancel this agreement as it is not what I app**** for and refund me all my money!!!

Cheaper is not always better - Thank you for the wake-up call MTN as you will never have my business ever again!!!
