I called MTN South Africa on 09 May 2023 for an upgrade on my business line. I called *** and I was assisted by Nkosinathi. I told him that I wanted to upgrade my line and will not be adding a cellphone and I wanted "made for business L that is on their website for R579. He informed me that prices have 'last month ' I then told him that I'm currently on mtn website and its being offered at R579 he informed me that he's unable to give me at that amount. I'm very disappointed because surely MTN is a huge company and cannot be doing false advertising and surprise customers upon calling.
