bought a phone and tablet bundle online from MTN on December 11th, but only received the phone. After multiple emails and phone calls, no one explained why or how to claim the tablet. I had to contact Samsung myself, and they initially said the deal was over. However, when I explained the purchase date, they told me MTN should reimburse me since the ad was still live. MTN's response was that I bought the phone after the deal expired, which I believe is a case of false advertising. I'm disappointed and would like a resolution - I want the tablet as advertised
