False Advertisment and Unfit Staff.

I Upgraded my Phone at the MTN store in Bethlehem Dihlabeng mall . I upgraded to a Samsung S9+ because i saw that there were a promotion of 1 month free subscription as well as a 128 gb memory card coming with the device. I asked the consultant about the 1 month free subscription and the memory card, he rep**** that they do not work with that in the branch i must call the call centre. I called the call centre which informed me i must go to the branch. I clearly know the people in the branch do not know as they could not help me. I upgraded on 1 December but was billed every month so i don't know how that free 1 month subscription is working. At least i could get help from Samsung for claiming my Memory card as they immediately helped me to claim it from their website. So i find this as false adverti*****t in the mtn books as they do not give you the free month subscription.
