FALSE ADVERTISING - TOOK OUT BLACK FRIDAY CONTRACT AND NOW NOT GIVING ME THE TV

You advertised a free tv with a Samsung note for Black Friday. i went into your Norwood store and signed up on my business account on BLACK FRIDAY. Benny assisted me. it took many many frustrating days to get this contract due to an issue with you not being able to activate it, which is your issue not mine. I eventually got it about 5 or 6 days later after calling and emailing multiple times. it is now 4th January and I received an email from Benny and Samsung saying that the activation wasnt done on the day it was offered free. so I'm going to remain very calm for now and ask niçely that you guys sort out your internal issues and get me that tv. I really do not want to fight and argue and threaten but if I don't get what was advertised we really going to have a serious problem. My suggestion is get this resolved for me. ********** 777 is my number. i don't have the note number on HAND currently but you will find it on the account. i really don't care if you had more customers than you anticipated, but if you advertise something then you need to give what you advertised, otherwise it's false advertising and I have every right to cancel this contract
