False Advertising / Sales Rep incorrect information

I did a Telephonic Upgrade with MTN and was quoted a particular price for Data and Minutes. I have been charged the quoted amount and not given the Data and Minutes as per the Tele Sales person. MTN has given me a smaller package then the agreed upon Telephone call dated 18/05/2023 - Sales rep Shinel ( I wont provide Surname Online). I called Customer Services and am told she no longer works there. I finally got through to the Manager for MTN Direct Department who ensured me the call recording would be pulled and I would be contacted...its been 2 weeks of calling in and being messed around - Hiding behind a Call Center is highly ********* and the fact that MTN do not seem to want to resolve the issue is appalling Ref number for last contact with Call Center *** Ref number for MTN Direct NI 23/06/22 - I was assured they would call me back same day.
