False advertising oon black friday deal promotion

I app**** for the MTN black Friday promotion 100Gig with free modem. I 1st app**** online and via email. I kept calling for assistance and the agent only came back to me this afternoon after 5pm to say I don't qualify for the package and request he call call back to explain. I've sent an email to the day before to check how far is my application. The reason I got for the late response was his been I undated with calls the whole day. I think this was false advertising on MTN part. They never had a deal like this and did it for publicity
