False advertising on A70 deal

On the 7th of June I upgraded my contract. I took the deal for a Samsung a70 and was promised I qualify for a gear fit e and powerbank. Since day one I have not been able to claim the watch or powerbank. I have tried contacting mtn on Facebook and Twitter as well as call their call centre and visit the store. I have still not been helped.

I have been in contact with Samsung and I have been told I do not qualify for the deal even though it was advertised on MTN since the 1st of June. To this day I have still not had any resolution from MTN who advertised the deal.

I have all the screenshots and information that Samsing conveyed to me. I would really just like what was advertised or I would like my upgrade cancelled as this is a breach of contract.
