False advertising on 20gb anytime data deal for R199

So I got this contract on 2 May 2019 - 20gb any time plus 20gb night time for R199. I only received 1.6gb of data and after contacting and going to the shop for days........I was told to wait till the 12th May as that was prorata. So on the 13th of May I only received 5gb.... Same story, contact and visit the store many times and I got sorted out with 20gig and the free 20gig. Then I was billed R501 and had to contact the office again. And it was sorted, I got a credit. NOW AFTER A MONTH ON THE 13TH JUNE I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED AGAIN 5GB. So what happen to the 20gb anytime and 20gb night?
