False advertising of contract
I upgraded one of my contracts on 13 August 2020. I had an upgrade in mind when going to the store, but when looking at the Yello Trader in store, a contract that would better suit my needs caught my attention. I spoke to a consultant and was convinced that it is the best one for me since it included 100 minutes and an extra 200min Anytime booster bundle. I took the Samsung S20+ over 36 months and it was advertised in the booklet that it included the 200 anytime minutes for 24 months. To date I have only received my 100 minutes every month. I did not receive the additional 200 minutes, but MTN has it itemised on my billing every month. It has been 5 months and this matter has not been resolved yet. MTN now says that the 200 minutes cannot be loaded because it is not compatible with the package, but it is billed separately on my invoice. It seems like MTN first wants a person to sign the contract and then informs you that they cannot honor their commitment. I have been very patiently trying to resolve this matter for the last 5 months, but all they tell me is "Sorry, we can't load it", but they still take my money. According to representatives of MTN I should just accept it as that. I would not have taken this package if it was not for the additional 200 minutes as advertised. I am now bound to a falsely advertised contract.

I really hope someone can assist me with this matter, because I am at a loss.
