False advertising not sticking to contract obligations,

Upgraded my cellphone contract more than a month ago. Part of the upgrade is a once of 20gig data tot assist with setting-up phone.

Made various enquiries with MTN Tygervalley as to when it would be loaded, no clear answers. After month phoned MTN call centre, call logged, received notification case closed… no data loaded.

One week later call again, case number, get notification case closed… still no data loaded.

I had to purchase data to be able to set up my phone at an additional cost.

Still no data loaded onto phone!!! False marketing and adverti*****t and confirmation by MTN and MTN marketing!

Just costing me additional money!!
