FALSE ADVERTISING - NO STOCK

Good day

I went in store to apply for a samsung S7 and samsung tab3 lite bundle deal on 02 September. The yello trader was only released the day before where I saw the deal advertised. I have still not received any goods though, because there is no stock of the tablet anywhere. This is not the consultants fault, he has been very kind and very patient so far. It is YOUR fault, head office and warehouses. I am putting it in writing now that even if you only sort out your stock problems next month , you will still give me that contract with those devices for the price that I app**** and was approved for. This is the worst service ever. When are you expecting to receive stock? Why can you not communicate this to the branches? You have angry customers and the poor consultants in store have no answers for them because you refuse to help and give answers. Do you want us to go to other service providers?

So please I want to know when I can receive my devices.
