FALSE ADVERTISING - nEVER HAVE STOCK !!!

Good day

I have a complaint that I feel needs to be sorted out as soon as possible

This is not the first time this is happening either

This is now the second month in a row that I have been trying to do a upgrade on one of my numbers and again I was informed that there is no stock of the product available

I do understand that the offer is while stock lasts , but this is the second month in a row that there is no stock at all!!!Even before the promotion begins…..

I have been to the office in Cape Road, Port Elizabeth ,4 times now over the last 2 months and I keep getting the same message. I have asked them to send me a message as soon as the stock arrives, but obviously nobody is coming back to me, but also nobody calls to follow up and inform me about it, so I have to keep going in to find out.

How is it that you advertise the promotions month on month when you know that there is a shortage of stock???

Can the stock not be sourced from other regions??

Should you not have a fallback plan or an alternative product to replace it with??

I have been a client with MTN for over 15 years and I find this kind of service level very disappointing

The promotion that I am interested in is the combo deal for R249 ,which consists of the Samsung J1 and the 7inch tablet which is always out of stock

Kind Regards

Chris Coetzee

CELL: **********
