false Advertising- MTN YOU CAN SELL LIES SHAME!!!

Iam so shocked at what MTN is doing to people , clearly my loyalty means nothing to you guys , my question is WHY DO YOU "MTN" RUN COMPETITIONS WHEN YOU CAN NOT DELIVER WHAT A PERSON HAS WON, so this is my second and hopefully the last complain . so a month ago i wrote about my spin 'n win prize , a day later i get a call frome Valerie from Mtn . apology was requested , and i granted , and she advise i quote '' Ms Makhubu , may you please go collect your prize at the Westgate mtn store on or from 8th May 2019, so i go there on the 14th May 2018 , to get a very rude consultant, telling me they know nothing about that and never received any communication about this i should call 808 ..lol wow... i called mtn the next day , iam told ''oh sorry Ms Makhubu, the prizes are being couriered from Cape Town and your prize will be at the store by the 15th May 2018. today is the 22nd May 2018 and it hasn't reached my hands . I just want to say thank you for raising my hopes high , and please conduct competitions that are real, iam starting to wonder if the TV show was a real thing of you guys are just buying celebrities to **** the people because you give people false hope.
