False advertising ****mers!

MTN is a **** and they are ******, they advertise false specials! I bought a router on the Shesh@5G on R399 special in January 2026. The first bill I received was for R459. I enquired at the Carnival store, the lady there told me the system had erroneously added item billing, and she pretended to remove it. When I enquired for a refund, she said they will not refund, but assured me it will never happen again as it only app**** to 2025 customers. In March, the bill was R459. When I called the customer service, they said it's the normal tariff and forwarded me the link for increase.
