False advertising : LG G6

False advertising of the LG G6 - R99.00 x 24 : device only - R179,00 x 24 : minutes, data etc ...

I called 083 135 on 22 December 2021, I was told to call Sales on *** ...

I went to MTN Centurion Mall on 23 December 2021, they told me to call Sales on *** or ***

On 24 December 2021, I called ***, I was then told to call *** ...

They said that they were unable to check the stock at the warehouse, I told them but if you look on MTNs website, you will see the deal featured ...

I sent an e-mail to Customer Care via the website on 28 December 2021, of which I was told to contact *** : - this was done on 29 December 2021 - it is 3 January 2022 - I have had no feedback

It is a very straightforward query : Do you have the LG G6 as advertised on www.MTN.co.za or don't you have the device ?

I mean if you don't why is it still advertised and why are your staff unable to assist online, in store and over the phone ?

As at 3 January 2021, the device is still advertised at this link : https://www.mtn.co.za/shop/deals/device/lg/g6-32gb/1-JES1I I have also taken a screenshot ...

Please assist.
