False Advertising /Incorrect Information just to get the product sold

Poorly disapointed with MTN /Afrozac agent for selling a product to me with incorrect information and advertising it falsely. I laid a complain after a battling to get hold of the team, when eventually did, they conducted their own investigation and acknowledge that its was a error on their side and that will get back to be with resolution , still no feedback from MTN /Thabo the agent- so disappointed to a point where I'm regretting to have taken the offer. Such an inconvenience on my side. I need this to be sorted out ASAP.
