False advertising & *********** staff

5 Weeks ago I picked the Samsung A5 for my upgrade. Surprise, they dont have stock they will order 1 and it should arrive the next week. My husband returned after 2 weeks inquiring where is the phone, before he even approached the counter the rude young lady shouted to him the phone has not yet arrived. A week later the same. A week ago still no phone. So today still no phone, go to the branch to cancel my contract wih Id in hand. 20 minutes later I get a phone call from the little man stating the contract was taken out on my ****en name they cannot cancel the contract without proof of marriage..... I've been married for 4 years, and did change my surname on the contract. I'm forced to return to the branch with a marriage certificate to proof I am who I am! On my arrival, all three staff members have this don't give a **** attitude, whilst I'm sharing my feelings of their bad service the young lady starts singing to herself! On accepting my proof of cancellation I notice that my name is even spelt wrong on the document but they were insistent on proof of marriage for my surname. O yes and they are still advertising Samsung A5, I've taken a photo.....Bye bye MTN - 15 years..
