False advertising in their own magazine

Thank you MTN South Africa for f****** me around. Eligible for upgrade... First now there is a R2000 device fee... Said Im happy to sort that out as its something new apparently. Then yoy advertise a phone at R449 in YOUR booklet and on your system its R499!! So now I cant even upgrdae because the price is TBC apparently!! How is it TBC if its in your magazine yellow trader! False advertising much
