False advertising in October brochure

Attempted to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy (9.7") Tab A with S-pen (T285) @ R149/month for 24 months as clearly advertised in the October Yello Trader brochure. When I received an e-mail from MTN with my contract confirmation it showed that I app**** for a Samsung (7") Tab A @ R94/month for 24 months which was utter nonsense. I sent a mail to customer services numerous times stating it's not what I ordered. The courier comes to deliver and low and behold there it is, the wrong device. I reject the device and return it with the courier, send another mail to MTN, no response of course. On 1 November 2017 the courier contacts me to arrange delivery for 3 November and guess what, the exact same parcel I rejected gets delivered to me again. So I phone MTN numerous times, hold on forever, explain my story to whoever answers and still get transferred from pillar to post. Send numerous e-mails whilst holding as well. Eventually I receive a call from Busiswe Valoyi ********** and explain what had happened. She advised me that the agent that did my upgrade (Mabel Moloi - ********** is not in today. I insisted that she attend to my problem. She then advised me that the ad placed in the October Yello Trader was incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen and did a contract cancellation and upgrade with her telephonically and upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy (9.6") Tab E (T561) @ R169/month for 24 months as advertised. This was done on 3 November 2017, today is 20 November 2017 and I have still not received my device. My reference numbers for the numerous e-mails I have sent are # ********** 1, # ********** 3, # ********** 3, # ********** 4 and # ********** 5 I have also made contact with Mabel Moloi and she was unable to resolve this matter. I asked to speak to her Supervisor which is Nosipho Khoza ********** and she could also not resolve this matter that has been ongoing for over two weeks now claiming that Mabel is not receiving feedback from someone in another department. I asked Nosipho to give me her managers details to which she got Mabel to respond to me on e-mail. She gave me Theresa Wright's ********** I sent her a mail on Friday 17 November requesting her to call me and to date I have not received a call. I posted on MTN's facebook page and received a lousy response to call 808, it's free. P**s Off, I won't phone. You need to call me on my MTN contract number which is ********** 002, how dare you after me explaining my situation to you reply by telling me to call 808 and still have the audacity to add a smiley face emoji to it. Call me on ********** 002 and let me know how you are going to fix this mess up caused by your false advertising.

If this matter is receiving priority attention as per your reply, why has no one called me to resolve this matter? Please provide me with a name, DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER and e-mail address for someone that is dealing with my query. Give me a physical address and contact person to where I can come to you to resolve the fuc*up MTN caused. I've been sending e-mails for 2 weeks and fuc*all is being done. Your consultants that I've been dealing with telephonically are useless.

I have also sent a message via Facebook Messenger prior to posting on Hellopeter and received the exact same response from Tammy (MTN Social Media Team). I requested further feedback and guess what I got.....SWEET FUC*ALL!
