FALSE ADVERTISING IN COMPANY BOOKLET

MTN advertise in their latest Yello Trader the SAMSUNG GALAXY A7 TAB 10.4In tablet. I have tried getting one on my contract which is due for an upgrade by applying online 2 weeks ago where I was told no stock, I have been to the MTN Bluff branch twice over the past 2 weeks told no stock and contacted the Paviluon Durban branch also no stock. Why advertise something that you do not have stock off or intend obtaining stock of? How long does it take to get stock?
