FALSE ADVERTISING. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a phone on 18 SEPTEMBER 2023. I was told that delivery would be made within 10 days. When i got no feedback I called to find out what the issue was and I have never been passed around like this by any other business. After getting absolutely no help and only receiving reference numbers, I called and was told that MTN could not source the device I ordered. I changed my device to one I was told is in stock. Almost 2 months later, I still have no phone and just a bunch of reference numbers. This is the worst service ever! I have been given the run around. Today I calleda and was told that there is no debice loaded. I also made contract with MTN via social media and all I get told is that someone will contact me. No one has. WORST SERVICE. Be clear that you do not have any IPHONE Stock and that this is FALSE ADVERTISING. You have wasted my time because I could've gone with VODACOM and have my phone already. My colleague ordered from vodacom 1 month after me and had his phone within 5 days
