False advertising from MTN South Africa!!
I have had the worst experience with MTN South Africa, since my contract was taken out last year on Black Friday. I took out a Note 9 cellphone package which included 30gb promo data initially and 14gb promo data per month for 12 months, and a curved monitor. I have received none of these and have been defending my right to get what I paid for since I received this phone. I have been told that my previous complaints were going to be dealt with and yet nothing has been done! I can't believe this level of service from MTN!

24 Jan 2019, 18:57I have heard nothing from Mtn or from Samsung it's been 6 days already. If you can't sort this out cancel my contract, because you were the one who has only honored half of my contract!!! You keep saying that you're looking into it but nothing ever happens it's been over 2 months already!!
