False advertising from MTN

On 27th Nov, Ackermans advertised a deal with a Mtn pocket router and a simcard with 20g data for R99 once off. I purchased the router, ricard my simcard in store and left. Today is 5th Dec and i still have not received my data on the simcard. I called Mtn they said its the store fault. I went in store, the store tells me its Mtn fault, they cannot do anything in store, on their side everything is done properly. Ive now given up now, but its totally unacceptable on false advertising from Mtn in these stores. No one is educated enough to even help me solve the issue and receive my data!!!
