False Advertising for iphones

On Saturday 04 Apr 2015, I visited the Kenilworth branch to upgrade my MTN contract. I was told that the phone I wanted (iphone 5s) was out of stock. I showed the assistant the iphone adverts in the April 2015 pamphlet. The assistant answered that both the S and C was out of stock and could not help me any further. The assistant suggested I take it up with the MTN service centre or go to Canal Walk (CW).<br> That evening (approx 8pm), I visted CW and was told the same thing (out of stock) and the assistant didnt want to help me even though I asked him if he could check other stores or contact head office, he told me I should phone head office and make the enquiry there. Seriously, I just spent 40 mins in a que at the Kenilworth branch and drove to Century City to spend another 50 mins in the que there, how can MTN advertise for a product that is out of stock and expect me track one down?? Where is the accountbility MTN?? Where is the customer \service"??"""
