False advertising eSIM
So I saw MTN advertising new technology eSIM on their website for smartphone and smart watches. I see my phone the iPhone 12 pro also support this technology. So after a few days I got my QR code emailed to me and was told this wil be R25 per month wicht is fine. After following the activation steps I saw the second sim (esim) but it said no service. I phone like 4 times getting told every time a different thing to do even went in to the shops and was told to phone customers service again. At the end I was told to delete the eSIM and re do the steps and sitting ones again where I was the first time. So feel like this is falsely advertising or no training was done with MTN staff before launching new products.
