False advertising

I ordered Samsung S23 Ultra online, which was supposed to come with S6 Tab lite, according to the advert they showed&confirmed by their consultant. Did the tab ever arrived? No! Did MTN ever answered numerous emails I sent&even DM on Twitter? Hello No!. 1 star is too much as MTN false advertised. You would expect professionalism from a big company like this one, but nope. So why should I continue paying if they can't keep their end of the contract?
