False advertising!!

Front page deal from MTN South Africa a complete ****!

I’ve been trying to get this deal from the 3rd of January. First was told there is no stock as everyone is prob still on holiday at the wharehouse. Went back on Thursday and was told to rather try Monday. Monday morning went in to the Menlyn branch. They had stock of the laptop but had no idea what deal I was talking about. Contract was approved, but no stock of the bundle deal and no way to select them on the system. Mpho left the deal open and said she’ll phone around and organise the package and call me when its ready to collect. Spoke to her again on the 12th, no update. Sent a message this morning, no update. Thought I’ll try from my end get in contact to find out what the holdup is. Today I’m being told the deal had concluded on the 12th and my order has been canceled. The last person I spoke to dropped the line. I’m was getting this deal for my son to do his online school on at his school. School has started and no device. I’ve been sent from pillar to post, time, effort, money, petrol spent on some deal they falsely advertised and was never going produce. I am a VERY upset cliënt!
