FALSE ADVERTISING

MTN's advertising is very wrong. They have been promoting this ska wara sale and nowhere do they specify that the minutes are only for MTN to MTN networks. I bought the minutes under the impression that I can call any networks. I used my last R270 to be able to do work from home and make calls and only after buying do you get told that these are MTN to MTN minutes. Before when you were buying minutes it used to be specified that this is MTN to MTN but because it is not specified on the ska wara promotion I took it one can call any network. I just think big businesses like MTN are taking advantage in tricking those in need and that should not be the case, especially at a time like this when everyone is trying by all means to use money wisely. I tried calling the call centre before making the purchase, there was no answer. I checked on the internet to see if they specify anything about ska wara being MTN to MTN, no mention of it at all. I have been a customer of MTN for years and based on their false advertising I might have to find myself another network. This is not the first incident I have had with MTN this year, decided to let the first one slide but this kind of service is shocking.
