False advertising (Data not received)

This is my 3rd review and I am still waiting I don't know how long it takes to investigate a simple query You signup for 10GB + 10GB deal for 24 months and then MTN decides to give you only 10GB and when you query the problem, you are being told that the issue will be investigated
