False Advertising ! cancelling all my contracts !

Falsely advertising their black Friday specials , not delivering the services promised/ advertised on their website, they the were dishonest and tried to cover it up my adding in a line referring to a different package . been on the hour with Mondo and MTN customer care and retention for more than 8 hours in the last 3 days to get this upgrade reserved , Mondo has at-least come to the party and arranged collection of the device , now i am sitting with NO call time and 100GB of data , They do not care that i need my phone as i am working from home.
