False advertising by Mtn on the Online site.

I have been on Mtn contracts for years now and recently I went on their website to do an upgrade and saw this deal for "R179" which includes a Samsung A20 I clicked on it and boom it totals R229 now keep in mind the package states R179 on the online site. So I called the sales line to inquire I was told to do a screen shot and email it and the agent will get back to which he didn't.

I call again was told to do the same thing and they will get back to me. It's been three days and when I followed up the next day the agent said he still doesn't have an answer as to why this is happening because the price clearly states R179 on the online site. I followed up again yesterday and guess what no answer this time around. I'm very disappointed as to the false advertising of the product by Mtn and it's clear just how dishonest the company is. I will finish my contract with them without upgrading and take my business elsewhere since my grievances don't matter to the company. Good luck with the dishonesty. You have just lost a loyal client who has been with you for years.
