False Advertising by MTN and Samsung

I am a loyal MTN and Samsung phone user been using their note ever since. I upgraded with MTN 3months ago for the Samsung Note 10+ 1 was told I will get the samsung buds and a vouchers when I buy the phone. But I only received the phone from MTN when I enquire I was told to contact its Samsung that advertised the special on TV even though it was an MTN advert. I need to upgrade for my second line for another Phone.i hope Huawei will come to the party with their advertised buds. It will be my first Huawei but what can I do
