False Advertising by MTN

My friend board me a phone on a contract with MTN. She did the contract with MTN in Greenstone Mall. Before she bought the phone we checked the specs of the phone online and because she also have the Hawaii P30 phone, it made perfect sense that Hawaii P30 lite is a dual sim. However, she was never advised on the day of purchase that the phone under MTN the dual sim functionality is blocked or rather not available. I called MTN customer service and the lady by the name of Motsidiso advise me that the consultant at the store was suppose to give me that information. I called Lebohang at MTN Greenstone and she said we were supposed to ask, there is nothng they can do, I cannot return the phone. Though I told her that the main purpose of us byuing the phone was the dual sim functionality. Please can they urgently assist us. We cannot carry two years contract with the phone we does not meet our requirements.
