False Advertising, Breach of Contract, no service delivery: MTN BUSINESS, the Grinch that stole Christmas
Absolutely disgusted at MTN Business, took up MTN offer of 2 samsung phone and and watches. the new contract documents was started and it took about 3 weeks for the consultant Thabisa Dlepu to get all requirements. calls were not answered, emails ignored, the usual. on 26th the final last requirement was sent through and have been waiting for delivery of the phones since then, every single week a new excuse, from day one I advised these are Christmas gifts and critical to be handled asap. Yesterday I demand a waybill as Thabisa AGAIN promises the phones will be delivered this Friday. I demanded a waybill as this promise is making its round the 3rd time. Instead of a waybill number, i get an email that the phones will be sent WITHOUT the watches. Apparently they no longer offer this. This is Blatant false advertising, Breach of contract and horrible service all around from MTN Business. I received confirmation 26 November of delivery, only to now hear that they have absolutely zero intentions of honoring their contract, marketing or service delivery. I demanded to be made whole, and i was told no one that took the watch offer received any watches. This is probably the worst service to date and I will be laying a case an the NCR for false advertising and breach of contract. DO not attempt to use MTN if you intend to not disappoint your loved ones and yourself.
