False Advertising / BAD SERVICE!!!!!

After doing an upgrade in JULY, had to phone mtn a 1000 times and going to a mtn store because the new sim isn't working, someone noticed after about 2 WEEKS that there was for some unknown reason a bearing suspension on the account which he removed, NOW after phoning AGAIN getting ALOT of reference numbers, I still haven't received my promotional data, almost 2 MONTHS after getting the new device!!!! USELESS!!!!!!!! Try to take me to court, all calls are recorded which will be proof of my efforts!!!! I'm FEDUP with the LIES I'm being told!!! ** I cancelled the debit orders for all my accounts at mtn, please arrange for someone to come and collect the device**
