False Advertising as usual!

I would like a breakdown of all the numbers listed on this account A***. We upgraded to a Samsung S22 Ultra on 6 June 2022 and added a Samsung A23 at R29pm on a Flexi R65, as advertised in your booklet. Why are we now being charged R689.57 for this new number? That is not what I signed up for! I want a detailed explanation of this charge or my billing corrected ASAP! On top of that, we also didn't receive the charger that was meant to go with the S22 Ultra as also advertised in your booklet. False Advertising all around!
