FALSE ADVERTISING ********* AND took three month to cancel the ROUTER and also still owe them but it was upfront pre-paid

I have cancelled this mtn router on 25/04/11 and i had to go to the Brooklyn mtn which their said i must go to Menlyn Mtn, at Menlyn was told its cancelled after return the router and signing some forms, but its going to take 21 days but after that i got a email that i need to pay the sub of R295,00 but was told its up front, 2025/05/15 got another email that it is cancelled but i have to pay outstanding billing
