False advertising and ****s!!!

I'm very much disappointed with Honor and MTN as they promised to give a R500 pick n pay voucher when I bought a Honor device with MTN

They first said it will take 5-7 working days. Then 3 days back they said I should give it another 2 days.

It has passed 3 again. When I go to the store they tell me that they're are not the ones dealing with it Honor Vouchers.

This is misleading from the company. False advertising. Or maybe they already took the voucher to them self's!!!!!
